Warranty Information:
Please note that we offer a manufacturer's product exchange warranty and all products are sold with their respective manufacturer's warranty which is generally 1 year from date of manufacture.
Be aware that warranty periods and services vary by manufacturer and product.
In the event of defect in material or workmanship during the warranty period, the product must be returned in original packaging including any and all accessories to MPT Digital along with the sender's mailing address.
Products that are found to be defective after inspection will be replaced at no cost. Please allow up to 4 weeks for product replacement. MPT Digital will not be held responsible for returning products that do not have a return mailing address enclosed.
This warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Any damage caused to items due to accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, or unauthorized tampering voids all warranties. MPT Digital will not be held liable under any circumstances for incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits.
Refund and Return Policy:
We offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee though certain conditions apply.
To be eligible for a refund, customers must inform MPT Digital of any order discrepancy within 10 days of the order delivery date. In addition, customers must contact us to request a return for refund within 30 days after the invoice date.
Please include the following information: a copy of your invoice; if you don't have the invoice, then please include a note with your order number. Please note that all items for a refund must be returned in "as new" saleable condition in the original packaging and include all accessories.
We will not accept returns of certain items for refunds, including:
- Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery.
- Any item that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is physically damaged, or is missing accessories.
- Any photo papers or transparencies or media which have been printed on, cut or used.
The original shipping fees are non-refundable. The buyer is solely responsible for return shipping costs/postage and will not be reimbursed by MPT Digital.
Customers are solely responsible for shipping any returned products to MPT Digital. Customers agree to pay all shipping charges and costs and assume all risk of loss for the products during shipment.
When returning product, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You, the customer are responsible for insuring the returned item (s). MPT Digital will not be held responsible for any damage, shipping costs or losses incurred during the shipping or delivery process.
Returned products must be 100% complete, undamaged and in saleable condition. All returns must include the original packaging material, cartons, manuals and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
Clearance products purchased from MPT Digital will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
Please allow 2 to 7 business days for processing.
Return Policy for Warranty Exchange or Replacement:
Defective items will only be replaced or exchanged if within their respective warranty period.
Where possible, please note the product or item code number of the replacement item(s). If there is a difference in the item cost, customers will be charged the difference in cost between the two items.
If you do not include the required information with your return you will be contacted by a customer support representative.
Products will be exchanged or replaced with similar products from the same manufacturer depending on replacement availability. We reserve the right to make substitutions for discontinued items.
Restocking Fee:
A 20% restocking fee may be applied to all returns for refund if the return is the result of customer error.
Shipping charges and postage are non-refundable.
Cancelled order or address errors:
Cancelled orders must be called in before 10:00 am EST, no e-mail will be accepted to avoid cancellation fees (shipping cost).
We will refund the purchase price, less shipping charges for refused shipments or orders returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address, action, inaction or absence of the recipient.
